Description: The intervention in an existing prototypical developer residence proposes a new great room, two junior suites, and a master suite while reimagining the outdoor environment through covered terraces, a pool, green areas, and a vegetable garden. Through a more ingrained relationship between house and landscape, the transformation reframes the relationship between the site of a dwelling and the dwelling of a site.
